PIN! & Ink ships our videos and magazines to virtually anywhere in the world. If you have any questions, they may be answered here so please read before writing us. But if you still have questions afterward, feel free to drop us a line:

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
For orders within the 50 US States and Puerto Rico, we ship by US Priority Mail. This is a fast and economical method of shipping, most people will receive their orders within 3-5 days of placing it, depending on our workload, when the order is received, and how many items you order.

DVDs
Order 1 DVD and pay $3 for US 1st Class Mail.
Order 1 to 3 DVDs and pay $5 shipping for US Priority Mail.
Order 4 or more DVDs and shipping is $8 for US Priority Mail.

The maximum shipping for any domestic order is only $8 (plus insurance and/or signature confirmation, if used).

We reserve the right to include insurance for large orders, especially if you are a first-time customer. Depending on the policies of your local postmaster, this could mean you must sign for the package, and we regret any inconvenience, but this is for our mutual financial security.

WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP
We try to keep a stock of one or two of each current tape and DVD. In this manner we can often get your tape out to you the day after we receive your order. If you have only ordered one tape, we usually can get this out the next day for domestic orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic shipping refers to shipping in the 50 states. Domestic shipping is not for Canadian Orders. Pricing includes Delivery Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping refers to any order delivering outside the United States. We try to charge only the actual amount of shipping plus any packaging materials. You can estimate your own tape order at the following link (allow 6 ounces per DVD)

Fast, trackable postage for orders overseas have experienced an incredible increase in cost this month. Where we had been able to ship 1 or 2 DVDs for about $12, now that cost has nearly DOUBLED, at about $20. Unfortunately we can do nothing about the postage rates, but we DO plan on an "International Fan Appreciation" discount very soon.

Shipping to most European countries: 1-2 DVDs=$20, 3-4 DVDs=$24, 5 to 16 DVDs=$37.00 (Flat Rate Box)

Shipping to Japan: 1-2 DVDs=$21, 3-4 DVDs=$25, 5 to 16 DVDs=$37.00 (Flat Rate Box)

Shipping to Canada: 1-2 DVDs=$16, 3-4 DVDs=$18, 5 to 16 DVDs=$23.00 (Flat Rate Box)

To our Canadian friends - we understand there are often difficulties in getting your package, so we will work with you any reasonable way we can. You can also request UPS shipping, which is more reliable but may take us an extra day or two to ship.

OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS
We are not set up to manage rush orders. Depending on our workload and the availability of the materials you (and others) order, it's possible it would still be a day or two before we could ship it out to you. We generally decline requests for rush delivery. Be advised those we do accept may be subject to an additional 25%.

UPS DELIVERY
If desired, we can ship your order via UPS. Please be sure we have a physical address to ship to on your order, and send us an email requesting and authorizing UPS delivery and charges (which will usually be higher, but UPS is more reliable for overseas orders, and orders can be fully tracked).
