We have (foolishly) tried to handle this directly, but it is now apparent he will continue to try to slip these in, so we now will notify eBay directly, and should his behavior continue, he will likely lose his account. Of course, he can get another one, but he'll lose his "power seller" status and have to start over.

We ask that you steer clear of this thief; saving a few dollars while supporting illegal activity doesn't seem like a very cool think to do.

Technology is a great thing, but the downside is that in the wrong hands people use it for criminal activity. Not that this will ever change. One of the thin lines of civilization is honesty, the respect for other people's property. And frankly, our society does a very poor job of reinforcing ethical standards.

Take for instance eBay. On the surface, a great idea, a world-wide yardsale, discount house, storefront. A true phenomena in our high-tech world. But you gotta wonder how many knock-offs, grey market, and pirated products are there, and an even greater curiousity, what percentage of eBay's finances actually thrives on the illegal merchandise?

ThunderGirls has had to fight copyright violation almost from day one. A few may not have had an understanding of copyright law, but most know what they're doing. One fellow on ebay, seller ID "norekc," seems to enjoy selling multiple copies of DVDs. We've caught him once, and got a reply to the effect of an apology, it was a mistake. The second time, the listing was just taken down, no reply.

You may be one of those who have bought from him. If so, did you get it in a clamshell case, a nicely printed DVD, and a genuine printed DVD wrap? Look at it closely, it's not hard to tell if something is a photocopy or an inkjet print. Often we find his final sales are only $2 or $3 less than if it had been bought from us. Plus the buyer would get, for what it was worth, the satisfaction of knowing he'd bought a legitimate copy. Hey, if you think we're making it up, checkout that guy's feedback, and note the number of duplicate DVDs he's sold.

We don't mind a bit someone selling a LEGITIMATE copy of our product on eBay. Hey, times are hard, and if it's a chance to see a great video and get some of the money back, that's cool. But making copies (possibly unreliable) and MAKING money off of someone ELSE's hard work? How in the world can this be considered cool?

We try to have a live-and-let-live attitude about life. Not always easy, not always successful, but still, a goal. But having said that, people who sell unauthorized copies of our (or ANYONE's) product, the thing we depend on for our livelihood, well, they're just losers. Yup, LOSERS, because they don't have the stones to do their own thing. And the really remarkable thing about that, is their actions even broadcast it. Losers that don't care they're losers. That's more than wrong. It's sad. So today Thundergirls is observing Loser's Day. We're burning a candle for you, all you guys or gals that just can't get by without stealing. It would probably be appropriate if we'd stolen the candle in honor of the occasion. But sorry... we bought it at a dollar store.

Lots of great new things going on here as the summer reaches the peak of heat, so do ThunderGirls! We've just added "BIKINI WARS" to our DVD lineup, Jenelle Sinclair and Hellena Heavenly never looked better... or wrestled so brutally! Pins and submissions, boots and barefoot, something to please a LOT of wrestling fans!

Also new Theater matches are up now, Jenelle's fans get not one, but TWO super matches. First she dukes it out with Hellena Heavenly in boots, bikini, and boxing gloves, in our offering "Lovely Leather." Then she's back in pro gear against another fan favorite, that we call "Perfect Packages."

Our friends at Fighting Spirit have a new theater bout, "Surviving Chaos," a mixed-tag elimination featuring SKYE and NIKITA (this taped when Nikita still held the Queens of Chaos belt).

And in just about a week plus or minus a few days, watch for two more new DVD features, Josie vs Rockstar Roni in "Punishing Pairs 6" and Kara Kildare takes on Hellena Heavenly and Jenelle Sinclair in a pair of singles matches we call "Ring Rivals 2."

But perhaps, as good as ALL this is, the biggest news of the summer is our customized DVD service. We're setting up a catalog, similar to ThunderGirls Theater, featuring all the individual matches. But instead of DOWNLOADS, here you can order your own mix of matches, burned to DVD. A little BAD news for our friends overseas, on May 14 the US Postal Service initiated new shipping rates, and for some areas the price of shipping has nearly doubled. We certainly apologize for this, and we're going to soften the blow a little bit as we're preparing an "international fan" week, where we'll have many of our great vids at discounted pricing.

BUT at least there is some savings on large orders. The USPS has released a multi-use FLAT RATE box, and we can send up to 16 DVDs to almost anywhere in Europe for about $37, with estimated delivery in from 6 to 10 days. Not TOO bad!

Hi all, and we hope the year is shaping up into a great one for you all.

The holidays now are long behind us, though winter may have sunk its clutches in a little deeper. We've completed a much-needed server migration for our Theater downloads, including officially adopting the catalog we've been testing for months now.

Don't let the new catalog throw you, and if you've had any problems with it in the past, please give it another try. We've implemented new transaction protocols that SO FAR have been flawless in processing Credit Cards and PayPal transactions.

This catalog has much to offer. Once the transaction is approved, you can go right to your account and begin your download. More time is allowed to complete the transactions than before, and should you encounter problems we can easily reset the download link.

The catalog will also trace your order history for you, so you can check to see if you've ordered this item from this catalog before.

There's also no passwords or pop-up security windows to deal with anymore. Just click on the download link, and a window appears allowing you to save your selection.

A small percentage of fans have experienced cut-off downloads recently. Our new server appears to have minimized, if not eliminated, that shortcoming.

Of course anything new has the potential for some glitches. While we hope there will not be, we promise to deal with any problems as quickly as we can. And in this regard, thank you for your patience and understanding.

And with this great task behind us, we can proceed to business as usual for the New Year, including some more great CHAOS bouts, New Thunder, and a great selection of classic ThunderGirls boxing and wrestling videos, both for DOWNLOAD and DVD.

We actually had a listing cancelled because it allegedly infringed on a copyright. WOW! Let's see... material WE paid the girls for, WE did the production of and WE are the only ones offering it. We were very sadden to learn the wrestling world had lost another legend, in Kay Noble. There is something special and remarkable about any female wrestler, but we have to give extra respect to the pioneers of the sport. Talented women like Kay Noble were in the ring when many parts of the country not only banned it, but looked down on them. There was no WWE, there were no "divas," just girls who did it for the love of the sport.

Kay will be missed, and we hope her family knows how much Kay, and women like her, touched the lives of so many.

We get emails from time to time asking what's coming up next and when, so here's a little info to tide you over:

Within 30 days you'll see a really nice DVD edition of video T06 "LEE's LESSON." While this was the 6th video we ever produced, it was also the first produced in our little studio. With Becca, Lee helped us to launch what has become a very popular, very successful run for Thundergirls, now in our lucky 13th year of business.

Included on the DVD of "LEE's LESSON" will be some never before seen footage, including a second camera AND some really great training footage between Lee and Becca. The final edited product will probably run about one-hour, and anyone who is a fan of Lee (or Becca!) should probably have this in their collection!

Speaking of special editions, another classic encounter between this gals is CT12 "PIER SIX BRAWLERS." Truly, this may have been our best effort of old-school battling, and it's a knock-down, drag-out 30-minute battle. Included on this disk will also be some second-camera (elevated!) footage.

If you're a fan of our boxing series, you may be quite pleased to know that we also turn our attention to the fistic arena, bringing you T22 "STRIKING SILVER" and T29 "STRIKING SILVER II" both on the same DVD.

Also coming is "DREAMGIRLS 2," another superb clash between the oh-so-sexy and talented JENELLE SINCLAIR and DIANA. This is a best 2 out 3 match running about 30 minutes. Available on DVD and VHS in about 30 days or less. Fantastic!

You'll also see "PUNISHING PAIRS Volume 5" come to DVD, as well as "FORCE OF JULY." We'll try to get you "NAUGHTY and NICE" for VHS as well.

Finally we'll have more "CLASSIC COLLECTIONS" on DVD, including some of the great "CT" series in double-header action on DVD.

Well it certainly TOOK us a while, but we're now offering our first (and our biggest!) live event on VHS. It's a show so big, we can't get it all on one tape! (Well we COULD use T160 media, but most professionals we've talked to don't recommend them because the tape is thinner and often doesn't last as long).

What are we talking about? It's LADIES NIGHT OUT on TWO VHS tapes, T115 is part one (only $19.95) and T116 is part two (still cheap at only $24.95). It's 14 women in nine matches, including two contender's matches that take us to the main event for the WCEW/ThunderGirls title!
